  • 60 min initial consultation in person or via video call

  • Individualized meal plan, including grocery lists. This is not a low calorie, restrictive diet. It is based on macronutrient balanced approach.
  • You will be choosing the food that you eat from a pre-approved food chart and/or a delicious recipe pack.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ answer to weight loss, and at The Fit Life 247 we specialize in designing a individualized program. Comprehensive Lifestyle Program is a complete program covering nutrition, training and lifestyle. No two programs are the same, but they all have one thing in common.

After a detailed consultation, we will formulate a nutrition plan perfectly tailored for you.

We will then get you started on a training program you can complete on your own at the gym. Again, this is completely tailored to you.  Alternatively, you can purchase personal training sessions at one of our studios.  The training is adapted to your current fitness levels, so don’t panic if you have little to no training experience.

Our Comprehensive Lifestyle Program is unique due to the attention to detail and level of expertise of our coaching team. Nothing is left to chance, and the support you will receive will be second to none. We walk you through the whole process, educating you as we go so you can make informed choices every day that will improve your fitness, health & wellness goals.
